COVID-19 change to 101 billing

 

Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Home Office (HO) has requested that all Communication Providers implement a charge change to the Non- Emergency 101 service, so that it becomes free-to-caller from 01 April 2020.

This Operator Service previously had a wholesale connection charge which has now been removed. This has necessitated a short-notice rate update which we trust will not cause an issue for customers.
