Some years ago, I asked customers to let me know what you considered the ‘essence of Simwood’ to be. The aim here was to help us know what customers like you valued about us, recognising it might not be what what we think it is. It also highlighted some areas we could do better.
I’d like to repeat that again by way of a crazy-brief survey. All feedback will be taken seriously to improve what we do, and will shape how we promote ourselves in areas where you value us.
