We’ve never been a company that measures our success by head-count. We have few, exceptional people, dealing with intelligent customers. We’ve historically recruited opportunistically getting the best people we can. Our systems do the hard work so we don’t need hundreds of people filling in forms yet can keep customer satisfaction really high and scale in terms that matter deceptively large!
We have a small team already based in Southampton and so have decided to make it our home going forwards. We’re now looking for more colleagues to join us there.
At this stage we’d like two colleagues to join us in customer facing roles, primarily level 1 support, telephone call handling but also process driven tasks across the business. We do not require past technical or industry experience, although it is an advantage, as we’re much more interested in somebody keen to learn, get involved and wanting to grow within and with our exciting business.
