We’re delighted to announce that Grahame Davies has joined Simwood as a non-executive advisor.

Grahame was a pioneer of Internet access in the UK when, in 1992, he co-founded the first dial-up access provider Demon Internet.

He was Group Managing Director at Easynet Group Plc, a listed pan-European voice & Internet service provider, for six years and non-executive Director of voice & Internet service provider Lumison for 3 years. He has also been a Director and Chairman of LINX since 1999, was CEO of Astra Associates for 3 years and has served on many Internet industry boards including the IWF and Nominet PAB.

His experience is unrivalled in the industry and he has an excellent track record in high growth technology companies. We’re honoured to have his expertise and guidance at Simwood.
