For accounts and trunks that have ‘access codes’ enabled, the non-emergency Police (101), non-emergency NHS (111) and power cut (105) numbers will now route.
This has taken a while to do properly but works pretty well: for 105 for example your call will be routed appropriated based on the caller-id that is passed. If the CLI isn’t suitable (e.g. a non-geographic number), a robot will ask the caller for the post-code.
