UK FreePhone changes
Unfortunately, we’ve discovered some sneaky increases to the transit charges we have to pay the incumbent for incoming calls to 0800 numbers, resulting in us making a loss per call. We’ve therefore had no choice but to increase these going forwards. They’re shown in the ancillary rate sheet.
By way of recompense, we have added a negative rate (i.e. a rebate) for outbound calls to 0800 numbers for all production tariffs! Managed Interconnect accounts of course enjoy the full interconnect rate that we bill the incumbent.
