Further to our recent note about HMRC’s changed VAT rules for wholesale telecommunications, we need to ask all customers to update their VAT information.
If your company is UK or European VAT registered please do so in our portal on this link. Please enter the number (complete with country prefix) and check the company identified is your own. Not doing so will delay prepayments being applied as we will need to request these details from you manually.
If you are not registered for VAT anywhere in Europe, please ignore this request and we will charge / not charge VAT as appropriate.
